“ This was a quite pleasant experience. Had to bring our van in for a recall. Made an appointment about 4 days in advance with a nice man who knew what we needed and gave us the first time slot at 8. Brought the van in on the scheduled day and the woman who checked us in had all our information on hand and made it quick and easy. It took about an hour and twenty minutes to complete the work which was expected. I will say the tech who worked on our van was very careful to keep it clean and it came back to us as clean as it went in.
